Marriage License of Milus Swain and Margaret Detherage

Here is the marriage license of Milus Swain to Margaret Detheridge. They were married the 24 Feb 1879 in McNairy, TN.

Of note, in an index for this document, before finding the real thing, Margaret's name was spelled "Etheridge". Sine Margaret was one of my brick walls at the time, I thought for sure i had found the reason why she was so hard to find. Obviously, the index was wrong. Her name is indeed Detherage, but it made me realize who important looking at the actual document is.
